Book an Appointment
Urgent appointments for today or tomorrow
In general all surgeries are by appointment only. However, if you need to be seen urgently and an appointment is not available, we will see you on that day.
In these circumstances we will not be able to give you a precise appointment time but we will make every effort to see you as soon as we can. To help us give a good service to everyone, we would ask that you request an urgent appointment only for problems which genuinely cannot wait.
Ways to book
1. Telephone: 020 8654 3714
2. Request an urgent appointment online
Extended Access
We also have extended access available. See our Out of Hours information.
Book a Routine Appointment
We book 10 minutes for every routine appointment and we endeavour to run our surgeries punctually. Inevitably, we may sometimes have to see emergencies in the surgery, or we may have to go out on an urgent visit. In addition, some patients may need more time than others. We hope, therefore, you will understand if the surgeries sometimes run late. If you think you will need more then 10 minutes to discuss your problem, please advise the receptionist at time of booking.
Practice Nurses
In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many conditions and you may be seen more quickly.
Ways to book

4. Telephone: 020 8654 3714
Sickness Certificates (Fit Notes)
You must give your employer a doctor's 'fit note' (sometimes called a 'sick note') if you've been ill for more than 7 days in a row and have taken sick leave. This includes non-working days, such as weekends and bank holidays.
Travel Vaccinations
Information and advice for travelling abroad.
Home Visits
Home visits are at the discretion of the doctor, please do not ask the doctor to call unless the patient is genuinely too ill to come in to the surgery. If the patient has a temperature or rash, coming to the surgery will do no harm and will not endanger others, but please inform the receptionist on arrival.
When the condition of the patient does require a home visit, please try to give notice before 10:30am on the same day that the visit is required. When you request a visit the receptionist will ask for full details of the patients name, address, age, and telephone number and the reason for the visit. This information enables the doctors to plan their calls and allows urgent visits to be dealt with promptly.
Telephone: 020 8654 3714
You can also be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.
Change or Cancel an Appointment
We know people forget things, cancelling GP appointments being one of them. Remember to cancel your appointment if you don't need it.
Ways to cancel
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible so that your appointment can be offered to someone else.
1. Telephone us on 020 8654 3714.
3. You can also canel via a link sent through your appointment reminder message.
Cancellations notified less than 30 minutes before the appointment time will be recorded as failure to attend (DNA).
Repeated failure to attend booked appointments is a significant waste of NHS resources and may lead to your registration being removed from our list.
Text Message Reminders
You can now register to receive information by text message on your phone regarding appointments and health care.
If you wish to register for this messaging service please complete the consent form.
New Data Protection Regulations from May 2018 (GDPR)
Under the new data protection regulations introduced from 25th May 2018, we will continue to contact patients via text messages regarding the delivery of care if they have provided consent to do so.
If practices are sending messages about recommended treatment for the management of a specific health issue, then this is defined as providing appropriate care for patients, not marketing purposes.
If you would like ot opt out of any future contact via text messaging, then please complete the form and indicate in the marked section.
